We also offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our services. Following your first 30 days of service, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you choose to pay for an entire year of service up front, and decide on day 31 or beyond that you do not wish to continue with our services, a refund for unused time will not be issued.

Domain names and set-up fees, as well as web design, graphic design and photography services are not refundable at any time.
