Sometimes, for one reason or another, you may need to deactive the products on your online store.
If you want to deactive a product, follow these instructions:
1. Log into your store admin.
2. Navigate to the "Products" link under "E-Store".
3. Choose the item you would like to deactivate from the drop down and click "Edit".
4. Scroll down until you find the "Active Item" drop down. Choose "No".
5. Save your changes.
